RV Sales Consultant at Holiday World

Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with our customers
- Listen to our customers and help find their dream RV
- Present and demonstrate inventory
- Understand and implement the dealership sales process
- Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to delivery)
- Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
- Remain up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications through daily training
- Follow-up with customers, including past customers
- Be willing to work Saturdays to maximize earning potential
Requirements
- Proven sales experience preferred (automotive, powersports, or similar a plus!)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays) and peak seasons
