RV Sales Associate

About the role

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV’s, have fun and make money! This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Pay

• This position is a 100% commission-based role.
• No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply.
• The variable compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000.
• In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Maine you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned.
• In all other states, you will receive minimum compensation equal to an hourly rate not less than $12.25, or the applicable state hourly minimum wage, if higher, which offsets variable compensation earned.
