Bretz RV & Marine is building an elite sales force in Liberty Lake. We're looking for high-performance relationship builders who know how to close, love competition, and want a career where the upside is real.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers and help them find the right RV, boat, or outdoor lifestyle upgrade
- Manage your pipeline, from follow-up, follow-through, and close
- Maintain high activity, high energy, and a results-driven mindset
- Collaborate with a supportive team that wins together
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven success in a commission-based sales role
- Energy, drive, and a competitive mindset
- A culture fit - team-oriented, coachable, and focused on customer experience
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Strong investigative skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Valid driver's license required with no major traffic violations in the last 3 years
- Willingness to work Saturdays

Pay
- Capped commission structure
- 20% of the GP on RVs
- 25% of the GP on Marine
- $4,000 a month guarantee for the 1st 4 months
- $36,000 to $250,000 annually
Schedule
- Monday–Saturday, 9:00am–7:00pm
- Sundays off, plus one weekday off
