Responsibilities
- Prepares or assists in preparing all sites are ready for occupancy.
- Performs various community maintenance functions and records findings in the maintenance log.
- Includes tasks such as light bulb changes, caulking, filter changes, touch-up painting, lock repairs, pool maintenance, minor HVAC maintenance, preventive maintenance, landscape maintenance, and minor electrical, etc.
- Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner.
- Performs on-call emergency service, as required.
- Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacant, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Aids in monitoring and/or controlling maintenance inventory and/or supplies.
- Moves heavy objects as requested.
- Aids in special maintenance projects, such as preventive maintenance of building components and/or mechanicals.
- Keeps the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris.
- Works closely with management and maintenance staff in developing an integral team that effectively represents the quality and professionalism of the Company.
- Maintains open communication with Community/Resort management.
- Represents Company in a professional manner at all times, on or off Community/Resort.
- Attends and participates in training seminars as requested.
- Assists other staff members as needed.
- Delivers various communications to residents as needed.
- Attends and assists in setting up resident functions and activities.
- Drives motorized vehicle on or off Community/Resort for company business.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: High School or GED
- Minimum Experience: 1 Year
- Minimum Field-of-Expertise: General maintenance experience
- Preferred Field-of-Expertise: Plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting experience, EPA certifiable status
- Valid driver’s license along with a good driving record.

Pay
$22.00 HourlySchedule
- High Season: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Low Season: Monday–Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
