About the role

Blue Compass RV Dayton is hosting a hiring event on Wednesday, August 5 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The event offers an opportunity to meet members of the leadership team, learn about available positions, discuss career interests, explore training and advancement opportunities, and potentially interview during the event.

Responsibilities

• Sales Manager: Lead, motivate, and develop a successful sales team while creating an exceptional experience for every customer.
• F&I Manager: Help customers complete their RV purchase by presenting financing options, protection products, and other solutions that enhance the ownership experience.
• Office Manager: Support the dealership’s daily business operations, including administrative processes, financial documentation, reporting, and coordination across departments.
• Sales Associates: Guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases they’ll make—an RV that helps them create lasting memories and new adventures.
• RV Technicians: Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems to help our customers stay safe and ready for their next adventure.
• Lot Porter: Help keep our dealership organized, safe, and customer-ready by moving RVs, maintaining the lot, and assisting with day-to-day dealership operations.
• Detailer: Prepare RVs for display and delivery by cleaning and detailing interiors and exteriors to create a great first impression for our customers.
• Parts Associate: Help customers and technicians locate the parts and accessories they need while supporting inventory, ordering, and daily parts-department operations.

Pay

• Sales Manager: $75,000-$100,000
• F&I Manager: $120,000-$150,000
• Office Manager: $45,000-$55,000
• Sales Associates: $50,000-$75,000
• RV Technicians: $50,000-$75,000
• Lot Porter: $30,000-$40,000
• Detailer: $30,000-$35,000
• Parts Associate: $35,000-$45,000
