About the role

You will lead the sales strategy for Audacy’s portfolio of radio stations, podcasts, and digital platforms. Your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and with external partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand Audacy's reach.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior to inform sales tactics and product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leadership in sales roles, preferably in the audio and/or digital media industries.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
