Responsibilities

• Ongoing calculation of construction contracts in iTWO software (based on own calculations and price inquiries)
• Coordination of the work of the Estimators team
• Involvement in the preparation and verification of quantity take-offs
• Preparation of valuations for general construction works and coordination of the preparation of trade-specific valuations
• Regular contact with material suppliers and subcontractors, including their selection based on competence and credibility verification
• Negotiation of material and service prices
• Preparation and submission of possible technical and financial alternative solutions
• Responsibility for the final preparation of the offer in terms of pricing
• Ongoing cooperation with the Project Manager in preparing the final offer

Requirements

• Higher technical education in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing cost estimates
• Experience in coordinating the work of an estimating team
• Good knowledge of construction material and service prices
• Very good computer skills, including estimating software, and good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project or Power Project
• Good command of English
• Ability to work in a team
• Certifications/licenses are a plus
