About the role

Responsible for designing and executing projects in various sectors including hotels, industrial buildings, public facilities, medical facilities, office buildings, and residential buildings. The position requires a strong understanding of technical aspects of the sanitation and mechanical industries, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze business and technical proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project designs
• Manage installation projects
• Work with cost estimates and technical documentation
• Handle project management software

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering (Sanitary Engineering)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and cost estimation software (e.g., Norma)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills regarding business and technical proposals
• Experience working with cost estimates and technical documents
• Ability to handle project management software
