We're Hiring: Rust & Golang Developer 📍 Location: Onsite 🏢 Work Mode: Fully Onsite – 5 Days a Week 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract 💻 Required Skills: Rust, Go (Golang), Backend Development Job Description We are looking for a skilled Rust & Golang Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to building high-performance, scalable, reliable, and secure software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming experience in Rust and Go, a solid understanding of systems programming, and the ability to develop efficient backend services and distributed systems. This role requires working fully onsite and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain robust software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Rust and Go (Golang). Build scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems. Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices. Optimize application performance, concurrency, memory usage, and resource utilization. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. Implement unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing practices. Collaborate with software engineers, architects, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders. Work with databases, messaging systems, and cloud-based infrastructure as required. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions. Follow software engineering best practices for security, reliability, and performance. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Rust and/or Go (Golang). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Experience developing backend applications, APIs, or microservices. Knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, and asynchronous programming. Experience working with REST APIs, database systems, and distributed architectures. Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fully onsite environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or other database technologies. Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and systems programming. Experience with gRPC, message queues, or event-driven architectures. Familiarity with observability, logging, monitoring, and performance profiling. Work Arrangement This is a fully onsite position. Candidates must be willing to work from the designated office location five days per week. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available for this role.
