About the Opportunity:The GOLANG DEVELOPER role focuses on designing and building high-performance backend services, infrastructure tooling, and cloud-native applications using Go. The position is critical for ensuring systems handle latency, concurrency, and operational efficiency effectively. The developer collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into well-engineered solutions and contributes to maintaining high code quality through reviews and mentorship. Responsibilities:Design and develop backend services and cloud-native applications using Go.Build infrastructure tooling supporting operational efficiency.Work on systems prioritizing latency, concurrency, and performance.Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and business teams.Translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical solutions.Conduct code and design reviews.Mentor junior engineers. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of professional software engineering experience.Significant experience with Go and its concurrency patterns.Hands-on experience building production gRPC and/or REST APIs in Go.Experience with Kubernetes-native development.Knowledge of relational and key-value data stores.Understanding of distributed systems and networking fundamentals.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container deployment.Strong debugging and performance engineering skills.Effective communication and documentation abilities.
