We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description about organization, mission, etc. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (position summary), "Responsibilities" (essential functions), "Requirements" (education & experience, etc.), "Benefits" (Full-Time with Benefits), "Pay" (Wage: Starting at $56,687 per year based on experience), "Schedule" (Full-time, FTE 1.0). Also maybe "Qualifications" but we can combine. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to include only sections with real specific content. So we need to extract content. Let's parse: Job Type Full-time Description: organization description. POSITION: Russell SUN Site Manager JOB CLASS/GRADE: Coordinator 2/Specialist 3; Grade 6 WAGE: Starting at $56,687 per year based on experience FLSA; EEO; WC: Exempt; Professional; 8864 LOCATIONS: Russell Elementary School, 2700 NE 127th Ave, Portland, OR 97230 On-Site Position FTE; FT/PT; STATUS: 1.0 FTE; Full-Time with Benefits; Regular NUMBER OF POSITIONS: (1) APPLY AT: www.irco.org STATUS: Full-Time with Benefits PROGRAM(S): Schools Uniting Neighborhoods (SUN) Community Schools SECTOR/DIVISION: School Based (SUN)/Youth & Academic Services REQUIREMENTS: Must pass Oregon Department of Education/Parkrose School District background check. Proficiency in English required; Bilingual preferred in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), Spanish, Vietnamese, Chuukese, Ukrainian, Somali, or other languages commonly spoken by the families enrolled at Russell Elementary. Program Summary ... (description of SUN) IRCO’s Specific SUN School Approach ... (description) Position Summary ... (list of duties) Essential Functions ... (list) Requirements Education & Experience Minimum Job Specific Qualifications ... (list) Physical, Mental, & Environmental Requirements ... (list) We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe combine organization description and position summary). Responsibilities (essential functions + position summary duties). Requirements (education & experience, language, background check). Benefits (Full-Time with Benefits). Pay (Wage). Schedule (Full-time, 1.0 FTE). Possibly also "Location" but not required heading; we could embed in About the role or a short p. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay is specific: Starting at $56,687 per year based on experience. So we can include Pay section. Benefits: "Full-Time with Benefits" is stated; we can include Benefits section maybe short. Schedule: "Full-time", "1.0 FTE". So schedule section. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

. Use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details from description. Let's extract prose for About the role: organization description, mission, program summary, position summary maybe. But we need to avoid duplication. We'll include a paragraph about IRCO, its mission, the SUN program, and the position summary (the role's purpose). We'll keep it as prose. Responsibilities: list of essential functions and duties from Position Summary and Essential Functions. We'll combine into a list. Requirements: list of education/experience, language proficiency, background check, plus maybe physical/mental/environmental requirements? Those could be part of Requirements or separate section? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can include all requirements in a Requirements section, including education, experience, language, background check, physical/mental/environmental. Benefits: mention Full-Time with Benefits; maybe also mention regular, etc. We'll just note that. Pay: Starting at $56,687 per year based on experience. Schedule: Full-time, 1.0 FTE. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, FLSA, WC, etc. Remove those. We also need to remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, EEO, scam-warning, application instructions (APPLY AT). So we drop APPLY AT line. We also drop NUMBER OF POSITIONS maybe not needed but could be included in About the role? It's minor metadata; we can drop or fold into short p. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short p with location and FTE etc. But we already have schedule and location maybe. Better to include location in About the role paragraph. Let's craft. HTML fragment:
