About the role
Responsible for operating machinery and equipment to maintain plant operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational challenges.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in manufacturing or similar field.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Skills
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Experience with safety procedures and regulations.
- Basic computer literacy.
