About the role
Responsible for operating machinery and equipment to maintain production schedules and ensure product quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate various manufacturing equipment to produce goods according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to prevent breakdowns.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related manufacturing experience.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using basic manufacturing tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Skills
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
