• Yoga in the Community Garden

  Led by experienced local yoga teacher Cathy Kimber. £5 on the day, no booking required. Bring an exercise mat or large towel and water. Weather dependent.

• Autumn Hanging Basket Workshop

  Join us on Sunday 18th October in Rickmansworth Community Garden for another in our series of popular Hanging Basket Workshops. Get hands-on and learn how to encourage bees and pollinators in your garden.

• Experience Forest Bathing

  If you’re looking for a way to restore calm, sharpen your awareness, and reconnect with the natural world, forest bathing could be just what you need. Local sessions available in the Three Rivers area.

• Get Fit, Have Fun and Support Charity!

  Zumba with Flo is a popular local class run by Flo Garvey. Each month Flo supports a different local charity, and during July it is Rickmansworth Toy Library. Come along on a Wednesday to support this great cause and have some fun!
