Events Set Up

About the role

Kaleo Marketing seeks a reliable, hard-working, detail-oriented set up person to set up and break down event marketing tents each week. The position is part time and works primarily Thursday to Sunday, and occasionally on other days as well. We are looking for someone with ongoing flexible availability each week. Hours are set according to event load-in and load-out schedules; therefore flexibility is important. Ongoing work every week. We're currently offering 1–4 set ups per week.

Schedule

Primarily Thursday through Sunday, with occasional other days. Hours follow event load-in and load-out schedules; flexibility is essential. Note: it may be necessary to keep the van over the weekend, so having a parking space at your home is highly desirable.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Physically strong and enjoys building/setting up structures
• Ongoing flexible availability each week
• Reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Go to storage, pick up tables, tents, and equipment, and load the van
• Drive to event location
• Set up booth according to direction
• Break down booth after event
• Return equipment and place in storage
