Key Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.
- Refill water, bread, and other table items as needed.
- Aid servers with guest requests.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Food Runner Duties
- Deliver food orders accurately and promptly from kitchen to guests.
- Verify plate presentation and accuracy before leaving the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
- Assist with expo station organization and cleanliness.
- Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests.
Barback Duties
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies.
- Prepare garnishes and assist with bar prep.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
- Change kegs and monitor inventory levels.
- Assist bartenders during high-volume service periods.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, bar, or hotel F&B experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 40 lbs), and bend for extended periods.
- Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service (if applicable).
Work Environment
- Fast-paced hotel restaurant and bar setting.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
- Exposure to hot surfaces, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen equipment.
