Food Runner/ Bussers

Greyhawk Restaurant, located in the beautiful Greyhawk community, is seeking reliable and energetic Food Runners/Bussers to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of food from the kitchen to our guests while maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests
• Ensure plates are properly garnished and meet presentation standards before serving
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and surrounding dining areas
• Refill water, restock service stations, and provide servers with necessary supplies
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service
• Support servers and kitchen staff during peak hours
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest needs
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be reliable and punctual

Schedule

• Part Time position
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed

Pay

$13.00 per hour plus gratuities
