Food Runner / Busser

About the role

Happiest when busy and lending a hand, you’re always looking for what needs to be done. You set the stage for the guest experience by promptly setting and clearing tables, helping with table service, and keeping the dining and public areas tidy. Your contribution enables wait staff to provide speedy, attentive guest service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are ready to receive arriving guests.
• Promptly set clean, empty tables and clear items away when guests have finished.
• Greet guests with a friendly welcome, offering water and bread service.
• Pay attention to guests’ needs, such as refills or wait staff assistance.
• Assist servers in delivering food trays to tables and restock utensils and linens.
• Tidy dining and public areas, and complete sidework to prepare the station for the next shift.

Requirements

• High-energy position requiring full mobility and constant movement in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
