Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with proper presentation
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and Servers to ensure correct orders and timing
- Describe dishes when delivering them to guests, including key ingredients and preparation when needed
- Ensure all plates meet quality and presentation standards before leaving the kitchen
- Assist in expediting orders and maintaining ticket organization during service
- Support Servers and Server Assistants with table maintenance as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo stations and service areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards of professionalism and hospitality at all times
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced or fine dining environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work efficiently under pressure with a sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Interest in food and hospitality, with a willingness to learn menu knowledge
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to carry multiple plates and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to move quickly and safely in a high-volume environment

The Food Runner plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes from the kitchen to guests, supporting a seamless flow of service and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and hospitality.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $17.01) plus tips
