Responsibilities
- Design and schedule run/walk routes tailored to different fitness levels, ensuring variety, safety, and progress tracking for participants.
- Lead weekly run/walk sessions, provide motivation, coaching, and tips to participants, and foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by monitoring routes, assessing conditions, communicating guidelines, and having a clear plan for emergencies.
- Maintain regular communication with group members through emails, social media, or app platforms, sharing updates, progress reports, and encouragement.
- Collect and analyze data on attendance, participant feedback, and group progress to report on program success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
- Previous experience in leading or coaching fitness activities strongly preferred.
- Ability to walk, jog and stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to assist in emergencies or administer First Aid when necessary.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Qualifications
Seasonal, on-call position requiring availability on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:15pm-6:45pm.

Benefits
Competitive pay at $28/hour, with final wage offer determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
