About the role

The Rumble Operator is responsible for managing and moderating content on the Rumble platform, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all users.

Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content to maintain community guidelines
• Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation tools and processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Psychology, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in content moderation or similar role
• Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with digital analytics tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
