RUM Operator

Principle Accountabilities

• Responsible for set-up and troubleshooting equipment and processes.
• Ensure product is manufactured and completed as per technical specifications.
• Ensure machine set up’s are completed as per standard and meets specifications.
• Ensure equipment and set-up parameters are established, followed and improved.
• Ensure materials required for changeover are available and secured prior to set-ups.
• Ensure product is packed and identified as per specifications.
• Avoid downtime by ensuring proper equipment set-ups, material is present prior to changeover and report lack of raw materials, tooling and/or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Coach and mentor assistants by providing clear and precise instructions.

Essential Skills And Experience

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• No travel required.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures above 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Able to repeatedly lift to a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Must have basic computer skills, AS400, Microsoft Office.
• Must have basic math skills.
