About the role

Bionid Agro Industries is recruiting an RSM/ASM - fish and cattle feed for their sales and marketing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and marketing activities related to fish and cattle feed products.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and marketing activities for fish and cattle feed products
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in agribusiness or related field
• Strong understanding of animal feed and agricultural marketing principles
• Proven track record of successful sales and marketing performance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agribusiness or a related field
• Knowledge of fisheries and livestock production
• Experience in sales management and/or agricultural marketing
