Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and information to meet requirements.
• Review, assist, and mentor lower-grade employees' work for quality and accuracy.
• Perform systems engineering services to ensure compliance with program requirements, interoperability, and configuration management.
• Conduct capabilities analysis, leadership and education, personnel and facilities (DOTMLPF) efforts, Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS), system and/or software integration, platform integration, interoperability with C3 systems, technical or operational testing, sustainment, and refreshment of capabilities.
• Manage planning and strategy meetings, program review and coordination meetings, and system test and evaluation services.
• Prepare specifications, plans, analyses, modeling, testing, simulations, and reports.
• Conduct systems engineering trade-off analysis and provide analysis related to design, development, and integration of hardware, software, man-machine interfaces, and systems-level requirements.
• Suggest COAs to contractors in creating integration and test programs acceptable to Government requirements.
• Participate in meetings with contractors to provide Government oversight and advise on achieving the best possible acquisition outcomes.
