Senior Systems Engineer with Security Clearance

Overview

VTG is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to strategically safeguard critical national security interests by leveraging advanced systems intelligence and precision-targeted cyber capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Effectively install, configure, operate, and maintain systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
• Support and troubleshoot Linux and application-based system services and developer-based applications that support the infrastructure.
• Ensure continual operation through configurations, installation, maintenance, and research.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (equivalent military training may be considered).
• 16 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, network exploitation, or related fields.
• An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Must be able to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Pay

Pay Range: VTG's estimated starting pay range is $165,000 - $215,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
