Responsibilities
- Assist coaches during practices
- Help with drills
- Support team events
- Create a positive experience for players and families
Qualifications
- Experience playing ice hockey and/or coaching 3-5+ years
- Understanding of USA Hockey, American Development Model (ADM)
- A team player that enjoys working with others
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people
- Ability to create fun, positive, safe and memorable experiences
