Responsibilities

• Performing patient assessments
• General respiratory care procedures and protocols
• Critical care procedures in adult care areas
• Blood gas analysis
• Maintenance and management of all equipment
• Patient education

Qualifications

Education: Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences required.

Work Experience: No experience required.

Licenses and Certifications:

• RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist and Licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners upon hire required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support upon hire required
• ACLS upon hire required
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 60 days required
