Responsibilities
- Performing patient assessments and general respiratory care procedures
- Executing critical care procedures in adult care areas
- Conducting blood gas analysis and managing equipment
- Providing patient education and ensuring proper equipment maintenance
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
- No prior work experience required
Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and licensure by the state (required upon hire)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) (required upon hire)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (required within 60 days of hire)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (required within 60 days of hire)
