About the role

Responsibilities

• Performing patient evaluations and implementing respiratory care protocols
• Managing blood gas analysis and maintaining respiratory equipment
• Providing patient education on respiratory health and treatments

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
• Previous experience in respiratory care or successful completion of department-specific orientation with skills validation
• Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care
• Licensed by the relevant state medical board
• Current certifications in BCLS, ACLS, and PALS, with active practice and maintained competencies
