About the Role
The successful applicant will report to the Clinical Manager and provide comprehensive nursing care in the Rehabilitation program.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a rehabilitation setting
- Perform I.V. starts and venipuncture
- Demonstrate good stewardship in identifying, reporting, and mitigating unsafe acts or conditions (patient, worker, and workplace safety is a corporate priority)
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college nursing program
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in complex continuing care, geriatric nursing, or rehabilitation

Preferred Qualifications
- Member of RPNAO
- Experience as a coach, teacher, or mentor to colleagues and students
- Demonstrated competence in patient assessment and care planning
- Reliable attendance record and ability to work all shifts
