Key Responsibilities
- Architect and scale enterprise end-to-end RPA roadmaps using UiPath and Blue Prism.
- Integrate Google Cloud AI Agents with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Author robust technical documentation including BRDs, FRDs, PDDs, and SDDs.
- Perform structural data lineage analysis and risk mitigation across system interfaces.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum governance, Jira dashboard management, and team mentorship.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, System Integration, and Product Customization.
- 5+ years of domain experience in RPA and multi-cloud Salesforce integrations.
- Proficiency in SDLC paradigms (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) using Jira.
- Advanced hands-on experience in SQL query optimization and database performance tuning.
- Understanding of automated testing frameworks and ISTQB validation protocols.
