Responsibilities
- Working directly under the direction of the Right-of-Way Lead or Supervisor.
- Working under tight deadlines using analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Identifying property ownership and determining property valuations.
- Obtaining permission from property owners for various types of surveys.
- Preparing documents necessary for acquisition of property rights.
- Negotiating acquisition of property rights.
- Settling damage claims.
- Acquiring the necessary licensing and permits.
- Reviewing progress of projects.
- Construction support liaison responsibilities.
- Appraisal Negotiation.
- Relocation Assistance.
Requirements
- Right of Way acquisition experience required.
- Negotiations experience preferred.
- Real Estate License preferred.
- Education: Graduate Of a College Or University (Preferred).
- Real Estate License (Preferred).
Qualifications
- Employees in this position will be required to maintain a valid driver's license and may be required to drive a licensed vehicle.

Physical Requirements
- Walking over rough and hilly terrain may be required.
- Work typically involves extensive contact with the public.
