Hiring bonus- $1,000: ($300 upon hire, $700 after 6 months)
You Bring
1+ years of leasing experience in the multifamily industry (required)
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Customer service skills with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Experience with Google Workspace and property management software (Yardi & Rent Café preferred)
A proactive mindset, ability to prioritize, and desire to grow in your career
Reliable attendance and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Be Doing
Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents
Conduct apartment tours and assist with applications, lease documentation, and move-ins
Maintain accuracy and organization in leasing software (Yardi & Rent Café required)
Support curb appeal and property presentation standards
Use video tours and self-showing tools as needed
Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and team members
Contribute to a supportive, respectful workplace that aligns with our cultural values
Qualifications
1+ years of leasing experience in the multifamily industry (required)
