The Roving Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance tasks across various facilities. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance activities at multiple locations
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility repairs and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules
- Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding maintenance issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance or similar role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
