Criminal Activity Reporting
If you observe or suspect any criminal activity (such as theft, vandalism, loitering, or vehicle break-ins) in the parking lot or on your property, do not approach or confront anyone involved until you assess that the situation is safe to approach. If the situation appears unsafe or potentially dangerous, or if multiple individuals are involved, do not enter the area. Instead, move to a safe location immediately and observe from a distance if possible. Call 911 right away and inform the dispatcher that a crime is in progress, providing: The exact location (building number, level, or section of the area), A description of the individuals involved (gender, clothing, vehicle description, license plate if visible), The nature of the activity (theft, break-in, fight, etc.). Once it is safe, notify on-duty Management and Dispatch via Viber or phone and provide the same details for recordkeeping. Do not attempt to detain or pursue anyone under any circumstances, and maintain a professional and calm demeanor at all times. Document the incident thoroughly in the Incident Report (IR), including the time, location, and all observations.
