The Routing Associate plays a crucial role in planning and executing daily deliveries. They are responsible for creating accurate and efficient delivery routes, assigning drivers and vehicles, and addressing any issues that arise in real-time.

Work Shift And Hours

Monday - Friday, 5:00pm - 1:00am

Compensation Details

The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $25.00 per hour depending on experience.

Key Outcomes

• Routes are dispatched on time, with complete information, every day
• Inbound transfers are received accurately and labeled correctly — exceptions are documented and resolved before the shift closes
• Documentation is accurate, up to date, and audit-ready
• The Operations Manager trusts that daily delivery execution runs without close supervision
• You have surfaced at least one routing or process improvement in your first 90 days

Qualifications & Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior routing, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience
• Familiarity with route optimization tools or transportation management systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. using proper technique
• Proficiency with computers and data entry; comfort learning new systems quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screening requirements
