Position Responsibilities

• Create routes that are cost-effective and compliant with Federal DOT guidelines while maintaining customer service, quality, and satisfaction.
• Utilize Roadnet application to manage delivery costs and ensure they align with company expectations.
• Establish routing procedures and schedules that optimize the use of personnel and equipment, prioritizing driver safety.
• Maintain Roadnet application routing data daily to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and up-to-date information.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as costing, off-days, maintenance, scorecard, customer, and KPI reporting.
• Recap previous day's routing results, making necessary adjustments to standard routes if needed.
• Generate driving instructions and distribute driver manifest reports nightly.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• Experience in distribution, logistics, transportation, or a related field for 1-3 years
• Basic/Intermediate computer skills including various software applications and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
