Route Technician - North Fort Worth/Denton

Location: North Fort Worth/Denton

About the role

Drive a company truck to 10-12 homes and businesses a day, inspect for pests, apply treatments, and build relationships with customers. You'll work independently on your route, backed by a local team and dispatcher.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided vehicle to customer locations
• Inspect properties for pests
• Apply pest control treatments
• Build and maintain customer relationships

Requirements

• No experience required; experienced pest control technicians may earn higher starting rates
• Strong experience in a related trade (lawn care, HVAC, landscaping, facilities) preferred but not required
• Valid state pest control license, or ability to obtain one
• 21 years or older with a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift equipment and engage with customers
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay

$45,000–$65,000 per year (base salary plus monthly performance bonuses)

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM until route is completed (typically around 5:00 PM)
