About the Role

Cintas is seeking a Route Specialist to cover open routes during vacation and holiday schedules. Route Specialists perform all of the same functions of a Route Service Sales Representative, but they do not have a set customer base.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent route service through the pick‑up, cleaning, maintenance and delivery of uniform and facility services products to business customers.
• Fill in for absent Route Service Sales Representatives (RSSRs).
• Increase catalog sales by adding products from the Cintas catalog line.

Requirements

• Meet Department of Transportation (DOT) or provincial requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lb.
• Active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification prior to the first day of employment.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
