Route Specialist (4-Day Workweek)
About the Role
Cintas is seeking a Route Specialist to cover open routes during vacation and holiday schedules. Route Specialists perform all of the same functions as a Route Service Sales Representative but do not have a set customer base.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent route service through the pick-up, cleaning, maintenance, and delivery of uniform and facility services products to business customers
- Fill in for absent Route Service Sales Representatives (RSSRs)
- Increase catalog sales by adding on products from the Cintas catalog line
Requirements
- Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) or Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
- Prior to the first day of employment, candidates must:
- Have an active driver's license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain a DOT medical certification
- Provide documentation regarding previous employment
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivation and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
