Route Service Technician
About the role
Auto-Chlor is hiring a Service Technician to join a fast-paced, rapidly growing company with over 85 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
- Tear down used dishwashers to determine which parts are reusable, and rebuild and refurbish them to look like brand new.
- Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
- Install our dishwashers and chemical dispensing equipment for new customers.
- Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers, while restocking them with our products.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products.
- Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
- A mechanical inclination.
- Ability to lift and move up to 70lbs.
Pay & Benefits
Annual range of $58k-$62k with hourly pay at $24/hr, with opportunities for overtime and on call bonuses.
