Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean (4-Day Workweek)

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts by providing excellent service, cleaning surfaces with customized no-touch equipment, and driving a company-owned step van to customer locations.

Specific routes and customers are assigned to build rapport. Customer service and relationship-building are crucial in this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no-touch cleaning equipment
• Drive a customized company-owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, including lifting and carrying equipment into and out of customer accounts
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and proactive problem solving
• Clean and maintain the equipment and interior of the vehicle

Requirements

• Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including:
  • Active driver's license
  • At least 21 years of age
  • DOT medical certification
  • Documentation of previous employment
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a team environment
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
