Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean (4-Day Workweek)

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, driving a customized company-owned step van, selling additional products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no-touch cleaning equipment.
• Drive a customized company-owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, as well as lifting and carrying equipment into and out of customer accounts.
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and proactively problem-solving.
• Cleaning and maintaining the equipment and interior of the vehicle.

Requirements

• Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to employment, candidates must have an active driver's license, be at least 21 years old, obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• All successful candidates will also possess the ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, hold a high school diploma, GED, or military service, demonstrate a strong customer service orientation, be self-motivated and driven, and maintain a positive attitude, organization, and service spirit.
