Route Service Representative – Jumper (Delivery Route Specialist)

About the role

The Route Service Representative – Jumper (RSR – Jumper) supports the Route Service Representative (RSR) in delivering linen and other assigned products to customers. They also assist in retrieving soiled linen, conducting shelf counts, and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supports the RSR in providing safe and effective delivery of linen and other assigned products to customers.
• Runs routes in relief when the normally assigned RSR is off work.
• Retrieves soiled linen, conducts shelf counts, and completes other duties as assigned.
• Maintains a strong professional relationship with customers and fellow employees.
• Aids in the care and cleanliness of the assigned Superior Linen Vehicle, adhering to policies and protocols regarding vehicle security.
• Records, tracks, and reports data to support Superior Linen Service operations and client satisfaction.
• Maintains a high level of professionalism in appearance, communication, and behavior.
• Keeps a consistent schedule that aligns with the normal RSR’s delivery schedule.
• Participates in and values training, meetings, and activities as assigned.
• Demonstrates and promotes Superior Linen culture, values, and philosophy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Criminal background checks and drug testing required
