Route Service Representative

Responsibilities

As a Route Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing weekly service to local customers, ensuring they receive the right products at the right time
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with each customer on your route
• Checking and validating all customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Properly managing all materials and company property, minimizing damage and protecting our assets
• Practicing safe driving and maintaining a safe work environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• To be at least 21 years old
• Attention to detail to ensure every delivery is accurate and timely
• Effective communication skills

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

• Ability to sit in the vehicle for up to 2 hours at a time
• Ability to push/pull wheeled buckets up to 900 lbs and repetitively lift bags up to 50 lbs
• Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
