Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. The role is physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor, involving delivery and pickup of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Requirements

• Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Possess an active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Hold a High School diploma, GED, or have military service.
• Demonstrate strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivated and able to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Exhibit a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.

Pay

Solid base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route; described as competitive pay.

Schedule

Majority of associates work a 4‑day workweek, with most schedules avoiding nights and weekends. Position is full‑time, first‑shift.
