Location

White River Junction, VT (near Lebanon, NH, Hanover, NH, Claremont, NH, and Hartford, VT)

Compensation

• Non-CDL: $56,160 annually + customer tips
• CDL: $61,160 annually + customer tips
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid per company policy)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle (CDL or non-CDL) following DOT and company safety standards
• Deliver products to residential, commercial, and retail customers using a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV)
• Load, unload, and transport products safely and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Sell and upsell products and services to grow route revenue
• Process payments, maintain account information, and complete delivery documentation
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and water dispenser cleaning
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Physically capable of loading/unloading products and frequently entering/exiting a delivery vehicle
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
• No major driving violations within the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years
