Route Scheduler

We are currently seeking an experienced Route Scheduler to assign and monitor route schedules for paratransit drivers. Preferred experience includes previous scheduling/logistics work, ideally within the medical transportation field.

Responsibilities

• Determine the best possible routes for member pick-up/drop-off
• Communicate with members, families, and care teams
• Maintain up-to-date member subscription and contact information
• Train new and existing Transportation Coordinators and drivers
• Create new routes and schedules based on member enrollment
• Collaborate with care teams (doctors, social workers, nurses, coordinators, and caregivers) to optimize member environments

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to evaluate multiple scenarios
