Join our team as a Production Technician at Bimbo Bakeries USA. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production lines, maintaining equipment, and adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in the calibration and troubleshooting of production equipment as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety training programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using basic tools and equipment commonly found in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Skills

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Pay
