They operate company trucks independently to unload orders, set up displays, and build relationships with store managers to increase sales. The role involves physical activity, such as lifting up to 40 lbs., and working in a fast-paced environment that may include weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn driving and selling techniques through dedicated training.
- Manage routes, serve different stores, and meet new customers.
- Drive sales by building relationships and executing national initiatives.
- Maintain records and merchandising standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
- Able to frequently lift 40 lbs.
